Does an increase in shoe size mean an increase in height?

I am nearly 18 years old and 5%26#039;10. I thought I had stopped growing but just in the last week i have gone from a size 10 shoe to size 11 shoes. Does this mean I will have another growth spurt?

No it does not. At 18, you still have the possibility of growing taller. Retired NBA player David Robinson was 6%26#039;6 at 18. By the time he was 22, he was 7%26#039;0 tall. You may very well have some growing to do.
