Airsoles are 1 inch heels that fit discreetly into any shoe to make you appear taller, my question is..
Is it okay to play sports with these on? I%26#039;m not sure what affect it would have on my legs/foot.
Anyone have any experience with these?

don%26#039;t play sports in these. the reason is that sports shoes are deigned to fit your foots curves and keep them level so you they can take high impact while nit getting injured.
anyways why would you want to appear an inch taller for a sports. it won%26#039;t do anything for you except hurt your feet.
